The foundation stone to mark the construction start for a complex of three A-class office buildings in Belgrade will be laid on October 1 in the presence of the Belgrade Mayor Sinisa Mali and Thomas Kurzmann, president of the Management Board of Warsaw-headquartered Globe Trade Center (GTC), the project developer.
The project, called Fortyone, will be GTC’s fourth office development in Serbia. The first phase of the complex is due to be completed by mid-next year.
