Novi Sad city autorities have scheduled an auction for June 22 to sell land for a shopping center at the intersection of Jase Tomica and Jove Hranilovica Boulevards.
According to the planning documentation, this location is meant for construction of a shopping mall with a second ground floor on a 7,932 sq. m area.
Bids are being accepted till June 21. The starting price of the land has been set at slightly over RSD 86.9 mln.
