At the recent Forum of property was reported that the average price achieved at the level of Croatian apartments 8.89 percent lower than last year, and the biggest Zagreb market average price of apartments compared to last year sank 9.4 percent and currently stands at 1,377 euros per square meter. At the same time, the average price of apartments in the Adriatic rose by 0.95 per cent to 1,588 euros per square meter.
