Based on an analysis of 166,000 property ads, real estate in Istria was on average 1,7% higher than last year with an average of 1,573 Euro per square metre. Holiday homes are listed in Istria for an average of 1,630 Euro per square metres. The highest average house prices are again in the Dubrovnik region with an average of aver 2,500 Euro / sqm.
