The average price of new apartments in Serbia in the first half of the current year was in the range of RSD 42,700 per sq. m (EUR 360) in the town of Tutin and RSD 345,500 (EUR 2,940) in Belgrade’s Savski Venac municipality, the country’s statistics office said.
Beside Belgrade municipalities, a price of over a hundred thousand RSD was calculated in Novi Sad, Gornji Milanovac, Kragujevac, Kraljevo, Novi Pazar, Uzice, Cacak, Sabac and Nis’ Palilula municipality, as well as in tourist places Cajetina, Vrnjacka Banja and Sokobanja.
At the same time, the average area of new housing sold in Serbia was 53 sq. m.
