Construction of a new business zone will begin in New Belgrade. The complex, called A Block will include office buildings with a total area of 39,000 sq. m.
Up to now, the first and second stages of the A Block complex have been built. The third is currently under construction and will be completed in late summer 2017. The project developer has recently announced the start of the fourth phase, involving construction of a new business zone.
The first three phases include a total of 799 apartments and 59 shops, while office buildings with a total area of 39,100 sq. m will be built in the fourth phase. Completion is planned for 2018.
According to Deka Engineering, on completion of the fourth phase, A Block will have a total area of 140,000 sq. m.
Total investment in the complex will exceed EUR 100 mln. In addition to residential buildings, shops and business premises, the project includes construction of underground, and above-ground parking facilities and public spaces.
