Capitol Park shopping center in Sabac is going to open its doors to first buyers this April.
According to investors, Poseidon Group from UK, this facility will feature 17 units ranging in size between 109 and 3,000 square meters
A total of 9,688 square meters of retail space is built on a surface area of 27,000 square maters, and there will also be 395 parking places for shoppers.
The shell and core of the building has been completed together with the external works. The internal fit-out is currently progressing ahead of schedule and it should be completed by the end of February.
International and regional tenants have joined the project to create an ideal blend of tenants comprising food hypermarket, home design, fashion, footwear, sports, children’s goods, electronics and service retailers.
The investors say that the tenants of Capitol Park will be Tempo hypermarket, JYSK, C&A, New Yorker, Deichmann, Takko Fashion, Sport Vision, Lilly drogeria, Djak Sport, Vulkan, and Ooh La La.
