A Croatian company is considering selling a building in the city center of Zagreb suitable for an office center or hotel.
Croatian oil company INA has recently vacated its INA-Naftaplin office building on 29, Subiceva Street in the capital. According to real estate consultants, the company is expected to soon put the property for sale.
The market value of INA-Naftaplin is estimated at HRK 120-180 mln.
