The Belgrade Land Development Public Agency has put building land in Block 40 and in the “Auto-put” business zone in New Belgrade up for sale.

The land in Block 40, with 6,235 m2, is located between Heroja sa Kosara Blvd, the railway and Tosin Bunar Street. According to the planning document, the location is covered by areas for accompanying commercial features, where residential construction is not allowed.

The initial price is RSD 366.57 million.

The offer also includes publicly-owned land which belongs to the City of Belgrade in Block 53, in the “Auto-put” business zone.

The land with 22,944 m2 is located near the Nikola Tesla Airport and the Wholesale Outdoor Market, and access to the location is planned from Prekonoska Street. According to the planning document, the location is covered by areas intended for business activities, where the construction of facilities with a business-production or commercial-business purpose is planned.

The initial price is RSD 248.19 million.

Applications for taking part in the public bidding events may be submitted by October 25, whereas the public biddings will be held the next day at the premises of the Agency.
