Capitol Park Rakovica is the first modern retail park in Belgrade planned to be built in municipality of Rakovica that counts around 110.000 residents, which makes it seventh largest municipality in Belgrade.
Total site area of 65.000 sq m is situated in major commercial zone in Patrijarha Dimitrija Street, one of the Belgrade’s main arterial roads. Topographic configuration of Rakovica provides excellent visibility from surrounding settlements such as Vidikovac, Rakovica 2, Petlovo Brdo, Sunčani breg and Miljakovac.
Capitol Park Rakovica is designed as a complex made of two separate buildings organized around and in central plateau which comprises 30 units with world known brands on a total retail area of 24.000 sq m and 804 parking spaces. Above mentioned makes Capitol park Rakovica the biggest retail park in Belgrade under development and an ideal place for shopping for the entire family.
International and regional brands are being targeted to create an ideal tenant mix. Blend of tenants comprising of Food Hypermarket, Fashion, Shoes, W&B, Sports, Kids and Household goods.
Project documentation is currently in progress, followed by demolition of existing object in January 2016. The construction is planned to be started in April 2016 and the opening at the beginning of 2017.
