According to the official data provided by Sabac-based Capitol Park, this facility attracted over 20,000 visitors on the opening day – April 3.
The parking lot of this retail park was occupied by more than 2,000 cars.
A ceremony marking the opening of Capitol Park Sabac was organized by 25 associations and clubs from Sabac with more than 200 performers participating in the event.
Capitol Park Sabac is the first retail center in Serbia. The shopping center of the western part of Serbia is built in the industrial zone by the detour, in the vicinity of the intersection of three roads: to Sabac, Loznica and Sremska Mitrovica.
The British investor Poseidon Group invested in excess of EUR 9 million and hired 150 workers in the first phase of this project.
This retail facility featuring 9,688 square meters of lease space on a surface area of 27,000 square meters includes 17 outlets and 395 free parking spaces for visitors, and it is also easily accessible to those taking public transportation to get there.
