About 130,000 sq. m of A class office space will be developed by the end of 2020 in the Serbian capital.
According to estimates, the increased offer could affect rent prices, which are up to 20 pct higher in Belgrade in comparison to cities like Zagreb and Sofia.
Since the beginning of 2018, about 15,000 sq. m of high-class buildings, including newly constructed and reconstructed properties, have been added to the existing 770,000 sq. m of office space.
