{"id":4348,"date":"2024-02-02T11:17:27","date_gmt":"2024-02-02T11:17:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/poseidon-gp.com\/property\/?p=4348"},"modified":"2024-02-02T11:17:27","modified_gmt":"2024-02-02T11:17:27","slug":"croatias-priciest-property-regions-revealed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/poseidon-gp.com\/property\/croatias-priciest-property-regions-revealed\/","title":{"rendered":"Croatia\u2019s priciest property regions revealed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>House prices in Croatia continued to rise in 2023 and the average asking price for a flat jumped by 21% from 2022 to \u20ac3,223 per square metre and that of a house by 40% to \u20ac2,606, show the findings of an analysis done by the Nju\u0161kalo online advertisement website published on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>Properties continued to be most expensive in the coastal Istria, Dubrovnik-Neretva and Split-Dalmatia counties.<\/p>\n<p>In Istria County, the average asking price for a flat was \u20ac3,836 per square metre and for a house \u20ac3,183 per square metre; in Dubrovnik-Neretva County, they were \u20ac3,602 and \u20ac2,699, respectively; and in Split-Dalmatia County, they were \u20ac3,590 and \u20ac2,960, respectively.<br \/>\nMost of the flats on offer were between 61 and 80 m2 in size (28.1%), followed by those between 41 and 60 m2 (24.8%).<br \/>\nAverage asking price for a flat in Zagreb \u20ac2,987 per square metre.<br \/>\nIn Zagreb, the average asking price for a flat was \u20ac2,987 per square metre, while that of a house was \u20ac1,795.<br \/>\nIn Rijeka, asking prices for flats increased 26% to an average \u20ac2,661 per square metre, in Split they jumped by 20% to an average \u20ac4,061, and in Osijek by 17% to an average \u20ac1,733.<br \/>\nAs for houses, the biggest price jump was recorded in the eastern city of Osijek, by 15% to an average \u20ac963 per square metre.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>House prices in Croatia continued to rise in 2023 and the average asking price for a flat jumped by 21% from 2022 to \u20ac3,223 per square metre and that of a house by 40% to \u20ac2,606, show the findings of an analysis done by the Nju\u0161kalo online advertisement website published on Thursday.
