{"id":3645,"date":"2019-09-13T07:45:27","date_gmt":"2019-09-13T07:45:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/poseidon-gp.com\/property\/?p=3645"},"modified":"2019-09-13T07:45:27","modified_gmt":"2019-09-13T07:45:27","slug":"bids-for-sale-of-shares-of-komercijalna-banka-opened-second-selection-phase-in-november","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/poseidon-gp.com\/property\/bids-for-sale-of-shares-of-komercijalna-banka-opened-second-selection-phase-in-november\/","title":{"rendered":"Bids for sale of shares of Komercijalna Banka opened \u2013 Second selection phase in November"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The non-binding bids sent within the first phase of the tender for the sale of state-owned shares of Komercijalna Banka were opened at today&#8217;s session of the Tendering Commission of the Ministry of Finance of Serbia.<\/p>\n<p>The Tendering Commission determined that\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ekapija.com\/en\/news\/2622423\/mali-four-bids-sent-for-komercijalna-banka-state-to-withdraw-from-ownership\">four bids had been sent<\/a>\u00a0within the deadline defined in the documentation, it is announced on the ministry&#8217;s website.<\/p>\n<p>The bids were opened and were determined to be complete, containing the required elements.<\/p>\n<p>The Ministry of Finance will analyze these non-binding bids in the upcoming days with the help of privatization advisers and determine which bidders qualify for the second, binding, phase.<\/p>\n<p>The bids which qualify will be ranked in line with the criteria defined in the documentation and the bidders will be notified of the ranking.
