On Thursday 25 October the largest retail park<\/strong> in Belgrade,<\/strong> Capitol Park Rakovica, celebrated its first anniversary with the arrival of five new brands.\u00a0 Several thousand people enjoyed special anniversary discounts from 10.00 am to 11.00 pm, as well as the opening of new stores across more than 2,000 sqm of new space, including Fashion & Friends Outlet, Intersport, Opposite and Koton and the Lunch Express restaurant.<\/strong><\/p>\n Entertainments started at 4.00 pm with different activities for both young and old such as children\u2019s animators, mascots, clowns, magicians and a 9D virtual reality capsule.\u00a0 From 6.00 pm buyers sampled birthday muffins and enjoyed the concert by band Tropico followed by spectacular fireworks.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image _builder_version=”3.9″ src=”https:\/\/poseidon-gp.com\/property\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/New-stores-opened-in-Capitol-Park-Rakovica.jpg” \/][et_pb_text _builder_version=”3.9″]<\/p>\n Capitol Park opened its doors in Rakovica on 19 October last year, when more than 30 new stores welcomed shoppers from Rakovica and neighbouring municipalities.\u00a0 With the new first anniversary openings, the retail park now extends to 22,000 sqm and more than 700 parking places.\u00a0 Capitol Park Rakovica has nurtured a relaxed family-friendly shopping atmosphere to allow children to play and avoid the crowds.\u00a0 Comfortable shopping and entertainment for children are among the many reasons that Capitol Park has quickly become the new centre of family shopping in the southern suburbs of Belgrade.<\/p>\n “We thank local residents in Rakovica for making us become an entertainment and shopping capital in Belgrade.\u00a0 Today we are celebrating our first anniversary with new stores that will improve consumer choice.\u00a0 We constantly strive to satisfy visitors\u2019 wishes through a diverse and engaging entertainment programme.\u00a0 Capitol Park will see further expansion in 2019,” said Poseidon Group\u2019s Corporate Affairs director James Gunn.<\/p>\n Spring 2019 will see the opening of Capitol Parks in Leskovac and Zajecar with a goal to reach ten retail parks in Serbia over the next two years.<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image _builder_version=”3.9″ src=”https:\/\/poseidon-gp.com\/property\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Fireworks-in-Capitol-Park-Rakovica.jpg” \/][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
