{"id":3218,"date":"2018-06-27T07:47:03","date_gmt":"2018-06-27T07:47:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/poseidon-gp.com\/property\/?p=3218"},"modified":"2018-06-27T07:47:03","modified_gmt":"2018-06-27T07:47:03","slug":"capitol-park-rakovica-to-celebrate-first-anniversary-with-five-new-stores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/poseidon-gp.com\/property\/capitol-park-rakovica-to-celebrate-first-anniversary-with-five-new-stores\/","title":{"rendered":"Capitol Park Rakovica to celebrate first anniversary with five new stores"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[et_pb_section bb_built=&#8221;1&#8243;][et_pb_row][et_pb_column type=&#8221;4_4&#8243;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.0.106&#8243; background_layout=&#8221;light&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>After successfully opening two retail parks in 2017 and starting works at Capitol Park Leskovac this month, British property investor and asset manager Poseidon Group together with its partner, the Belgian company Mitiska REIM, are set to expand their Belgrade scheme.<\/p>\n<p>The second phase of construction at Capitol Park Rakovica is now underway, with a total additional area of \u200b\u200b2,300 sqm to open in autumn this year. \u00a0Customers will enjoy shopping at four new stores, including Fashion Company Outlet, Intersport, Koton and Opposite footwear, as well as Lunch Express restaurant.<\/p>\n<p>Poseidon Group\u2019s corporate affairs director James Gunn highlighted the positive experience of working with the Municipality of Rakovica and the significance of the retail park expansion: \u00a0&#8220;In less than eight months, Capitol Park Rakovica has established itself as a new centre for leisure and entertainment events in Belgrade, as well as providing a new shopping experience for Rakovica residents, as well as people from the surrounding municipalities.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur successful retail park brand in Serbia has attracted new tenants which allows us to open new space in record time. International and the best local brands were equally interested in joining our Rakovica scheme which will open in time for the Capitol Park\u2019s first anniversary in October.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Poseidon Group\u2019s retail park brand in Serbia was established with Capitol Park Sabac in 2014.
