Phase 2 comprises of 4 business premises ranging from34-100 sq m.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The development is located directly next to the strategically vital ring-road connecting \u0160abac and the town Loznica, ensuring excellent access. A new road has been constructed to the West of the site which further improves accessibility to the scheme, by connecting the site directly with the city center.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The tenant mix is carefully planned to create an ideal blend of international and regional tenants. The tenant mix offers a hypermarket, home interior, fashion, footwear, sports, children&#8217;s goods, electronics and services.
