The Serbian government has extended the deadline for submitting applications for participation in the 25-year concession tender for the country\u2019s Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport from May 25 till May 30.
\nThe deadline extention was requested by interested investors, the government said in a notice published by Politika.<\/p>\n
This is the third extension of the deadline, which was initially set for March 10 and later changed to April 24.<\/p>\n
The selection process will take place in two phases. Non-binding offers will be submitted in the first phase, while binding offers will be filed in the second.<\/p>\n
The future concessionaire will be obliged to finance, develop through construction and reconstruction, maintain and manage the entire infrastructure of the Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport.<\/p>\n
The Serbian government owns 83.1 pct of Aerodrom Nikola Tesla, the operator of Belgrade airport. The company reported a RSD 3.2 bln net profit for 2016 compared with RSD 3.3 bln a year earlier.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
