Dm drogerie markt, German health and beauty retailer, has reported successful business results in Serbia in the financial year 2013\/2014, achieving a turnover of over 40 million EUR, states the company\u2019s official press release.<\/p>\n
\u201cOver the past 10 years, we have managed to establish a strong presence on the Serbian market. Our aim is to continue expanding and modernizing our existing retail network in 2015, stated Manfred Kuhner, Director of dm drogerie markt Serbia.<\/p>\n
The German drogerie chain recorded a 20.6 percent revenue increase in Serbia compared to the previous financial year. At present, the company operates 57 stores in 20 cities across the country, employing 480 people.<\/p>\n
Constantly expanding its brand portfolio, dm drogerie markt offers numerous renowned labels such as Maybelline, Rimmel, Max Factor, Deborah, Essence, Miss Sporty, Nivea, Veet, L\u2019Oreal, Bourjois, Palmolive, Manhattan, Rosal and Schwartzkopf. Moreover, the assortment also includes 21 company-owned discount labels for men, women and children.<\/p>\n
For its future openings, the chain is seeking retail units covering a minimum of 300 sqm. Primary locations of interest include shopping malls, retail parks and on highly frequented areas in cities with a minimum catchment area of 50.000 inhabitants.<\/p>\n
Within South East Europe, dm drogerie markt is also present in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Romania, Slovenia and Macedonia. Overall, the retailer operates more than 3.060 stores in 12 European countries, employing over 52.000 people.<\/p>\n
