Convenience Retail Platform
Poseidon Property invests in neighbourhood retail or stand-alone convenience store-anchored developments.
The properties are identified by demographic catchments and retail parameters. The geographic focus includes major residential sites in southeast England and the Midlands. The platform contains schemes with a GDV of over £30m.
Iris Food Hypermarket Platform
Poseidon Property originated, structured, developed and asset manages Iris, a portfolio of food-retail assets located throughout Croatia. Each asset is let to Konzum on an NNN long lease. It is the country’s biggest supermarket operator with a 31% market share and part of the Agrokor group, Croatia’s largest privately-owned company.
